It’s KIDS ONLY (ages 5-12) at the Zoo on this special Kids Night Out! The fun begins in the Discovery Center at 6:30 p.m. Everyone will get to enjoy meeting cool animals up close and taking a flashlight tour of the Zoo. We’ll play games, make a craft, and enjoy a snack, all before the grownups come back!

Night Hike Under the Stars!

Explore the stars as you experience the sights and sounds of the Zoo at night during this exciting nocturnal adventure! The evening will begin in the Discovery Center with a special presentation by the Emil Buehler Perpetual Trust PLANETARIUM from Seminole State College. Fascinating nightlife will come to light as we venture into the Zoo for a guided flashlight tour, up close animal encounters, and an opportunity to explore the night sky through a planetarium telescope. This is a great program for families, but because it is a late-night program, children must be five years or older to attend. Check-in begins at 7:00 p.m. and the program ends at 10:00 p.m. Registration and payment required. Space is limited. Children must be at least five years old to participate.
